GGI Generators offers maintenance contracts for flat fee so that your generator will stay in top condition and ready to serve. Our technicians perform factory-required maintenance under this contract so you can have the piece of mind that your generator is in great shape and your warranty intact.
PROOF OF PROPER MAINTENANCE IS REQUIRED OTHERWISE THE WARRANTY OF YOUR GENERATOR IS VOID
We will come and check your generator system once a year, performing all the necessary testing. We will present you a full copy of the report along with remediation proposals. If the repair is for a factory defect you will not get a bill. We will bill the manufacturer directly. As an authorized dealer, GGI Generators has the authority to accept or deny warranty claims.
